You will receive your digital order through email with the illustration attached. The illustration will be in .pdf form in A4 size.

If you wish to have an alternate size, please make a note in your order notes.

Unfortunately, we do not offer facial features with our illustrations.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pet portraits at this time.

Yes! We can merge different photos together just as long as the photos are taken at similar angles. Remember to include the number of people in your order and attach the photos to your order with a note to merge the photos together.

Of course you can! Please make a note of this in your order and what colour you prefer. It helps if you have an image/screenshot of the colour aswell!

As our items are custom made and personalised, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We package your order with the utmost care. In the event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we ask that you contact us at misacreates@gmail.com. We will happily replace it for you or offer a refund on the frame only - not the illustration.
